- Salary Range: $30.00-$35.00 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
- Location: On-site in Syracuse, NY with remote workdays available
- Schedule: Flexible schedule within the clinic’s operating hours Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm; some evening hours required
- Maintain a caseload of clients receiving outpatient behavioral health services.
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, relational, and group psychotherapy and supportive interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Offer psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and coordination with internal and external supports.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care.
- Collaborate closely with the care team to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Required Licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable
- Experience: At least 2 years in behavioral health or related settings preferred; experience with co-occurring disorders and/or high-needs populations is a plus.
- Skills: Strong clinical documentation, collaborative spirit, and familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., PSYCKES, HealthEConnections, OASAS systems) preferred.
- Other Requirements: Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation (if applicable for community-based work)
