- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate with external accountants or finance teams as needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Support special projects and company events.
- Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
- Four-year college degree.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
