We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management team and ensure smooth operations in client projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist account executives in managing client accounts and project timelines.Prepare and organize client documentation, reports, and presentations.Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and internal teams.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and project milestones.Support the creation of proposals, contracts, and other client materials.Handle administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow within the departmentQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in an administrative or account support role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive annual salary ($61,000 – $66,000).Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and creative work environment.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and company-recognized holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company contribution.
