- Contract Review & Execution
- Review and support negotiation of U.S. commercial contracts including RFP responses, data privacy agreements (DPAs), corporate partnership agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts
- Work from legal templates and playbooks to ensure contracts align with risk standards and business goals
- Manage the contract finalization and execution process, including DocuSign workflows and archiving
- Legal Operations & Systems
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable intake and triage systems for legal and contract requests
- Help develop and manage tools that support legal workflows, using platforms such as Asana, JIRA, Slack, and DocuSign
- Support coordination with legal vendors and technology providers
- Knowledge & Information Management
- Organize and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and internal knowledge resources
- Develop guidance and documentation for internal business users and cross-functional teams
- Champion best practices in legal document retention, version control, and access
- Cross-Functional Legal Support
- Provide general support to the General Counsel, including on matters related to M&A diligence, litigation, and other corporate matters
- Support review and maintenance of legislation
- Collaborate on privacy program support for administration of our privacy program
- Participate in Legal team initiatives focused on automation, self-service, and AI-driven efficiency

- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate, law firm, government, or in-house environment
- BA or equivalent required
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume contract workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, Slack, JIRA, Asana, or similar workflow platforms
- Interest or experience with legal automation or AI tools is a plus
- Legal right to work in the United States
