Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP ME manufacturing execution system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
  • Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.
  • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
  • Stay current with new technologies, especially with manufacturing execution systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP ME, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ME and experience with interfacing SAP ME to ERP applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective manufacturing execution solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
  • Expertise in SAP ME functionality and Configuration.
  • Strong technical background in business operations - tools and processes.
  • Experience working in multiple manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $99,500- $184,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $114,000- $212,000.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
