- Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year degree with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, along with strong experience in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy.
- 5-years experience in an FDA-regulated field or related industry preferred.
- Support the safety and value of employees, while driving continual improvement in maintenance efficiency, asset reliability, and cost management.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s, labeling instructions, and other materials required. Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
