Overview:Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant operations that keep our manufacturing facility running at peak performance.Ortho Molecular Products is a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements with over 35 years of stability and success in a team-focused, values-driven culture.This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Stevens Point, WI facility.Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.What to Expect:Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all manufacturing and facility equipment.Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of maintenance technicians.Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities to support production goals.Uphold regulatory compliance, including FDA requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a strong culture of safety.Manage both routine and complex maintenance operations within the facility.Ensure facility and equipment remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.Support high-quality production in a fast-paced environment focused on health and wellness products.Align team performance and resources with company objectives, ensuring accountability for results.What You Will Contribute:
  • Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year degree with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, along with strong experience in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy.
  • 5-years experience in an FDA-regulated field or related industry preferred.
  • Support the safety and value of employees, while driving continual improvement in maintenance efficiency, asset reliability, and cost management.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s, labeling instructions, and other materials required. Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
