Position Summary:The Patient Service Rep is responsible for providing excellent front-desk support, including greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance at every visit, answering phones, scheduling appointments, sending faxes, and relaying messages to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient service.Department Summary:Aultman Medical Group Women’s Health Services is an OB/GYN practice with locations in Orrville, Massillon, Carrollton, and Doylestown. Our practice has 3 physicians, 1 midwife, and one nurse practitioner.
