- Interfaces with users to determine the use of and requirements/specifications for development and/or modification to assigned business system/system application.
- Writes program specifications for new computer programs and changes to existing programs.
- Codes new computer programs and changes to existing programs with minimal direction.
- Manages, maintains, and configures PeopleSoft HCM, ICIMS, and Absorb systems. Implements standardized systems builds and software deployment packages. Ensures technology configuration management and deployment systems operate efficiently.
- Writes and executes complex SQL queries; efficiently.
- Executes unit and system tests to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
- Researches and solves problems in existing programs and works production tickets.
- Produces project documentation according to departmental standards. This may include user requirements, technical design, as well as testing and release documentation.
- Collaborates with other team members to solve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of PeopleSoft experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Systems.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, Talent Management, eLearning, Time & Labor and Payroll modules preferred.
- Proficient in SQL.
- PeopleSoft skills: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR.
- PL/SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
