Taking a list of materials we have used in the past three years, running a report in Maximo that indicates where this part has been used and entering it into a spreadsheet. I can then help pull in purchasing history for the items and we will group them by who we purchased them from. We will get them the appropriate contacts and then they will be sending a request for information so we can update our descriptions as needed. The final step is compiling those details into that original document. If there is someone with experience in another system, the Maximo part is the easiest and we can train them on that. They will also have on-going support from the site and our Item Master team so it should be a good project for someone.This person will be doing a data intake and research for engineers and this role will initially be a three month contract, with the chance for more work down the road.
