The CMA will be responsible for direct resident care, medication administration, condition monitoring, and collaboration with the hospice agency healthcare team. Candidates must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, strong communication and record-keeping skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospice care and an associate's degree in nursing or a related field are preferred.
