Position Description
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets, including financial, operational, and customer data. Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand their business objectives and requirements. Translate business needs into data analysis requirements and develop analytical models to address specific business questions or problems.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present complex data and analysis results in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experience. Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business strategies and objectives.
  • Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to create interactive and intuitive visual representations of data, enabling stakeholders to explore and understand complex information more effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and data engineers, to ensure smooth data integration, implementation of analytical solutions, and alignment with business goals.
