90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients. The PT will work 36-40 hours/week (no four 10's or three 12's can be considered), varied day shifts, Monday-Friday, with at least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p. The PT will work primarily with an adult population, ortho adolescent experiences may be part of a weekly caseload. EPIC EMR is used. PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience. Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion, vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred. The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites based on volumes/ caseloads. There will be no additional mileage reimbursement. BLS required.
