- Design and implement innovative educational frameworks to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop a comprehensive learning content strategy that supports organizational goals and member learning needs.
- Ensure learning materials comply with legal and practical accessibility standards to make content inclusive and accessible to all learners.
- Design learning experiences across in-person, virtual, blended, and asynchronous formats.
- Efficiently leverage virtual learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning delivery and engagement and streamline processes.
- Lead the development of engaging and effective learning content from ideation through to execution.
- Establish and manage success criteria for learning content, using program data and insights for continuous improvement.
- Set up and oversee global Program Advisory Councils to incorporate learner feedback, ensuring content relevance and impact.
- Design learning content for a global audience while addressing regional specificities for broader relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders and educational institutions to develop tailored learning solutions.
- Lead the development of Certification products, including managing job task analysis projects
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and improve program registration rates.
- Explore and establish content distribution partnerships to expand reach and impact.
- Manage external content developers and eLearning vendors to ensure quality and strategic objectives are met.
- Develop and facilitate master trainer programs, leading train-the-trainer sessions to empower educators and trainers.
- Collaborate with marketing to bring products to market.
- Lead seminar global scheduling strategy.
- Recruit and onboard faculty globally to teach seminars.
- Fluency in the English language
- Previous leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage teams, projects, and resources effectively
- MA/MS degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, OD
- Strong understanding of virtual platforms and learning management systems
- Experience developing certification products
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally 10-15%
- Certifications in instructional design, talent development, or related fields
- Proficiency in a second language or experience in developing multilingual content may be advantageous, especially for organizations with a global presence
