This role also includes the use of telehealth services, with potential for in-clinic support depending on patient needs and census.The ideal candidate is:

Adaptable and comfortable working across various care settings
Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care
Values flexible scheduling, which may include daytime or evening hours based on clinician and patient preferences

Primary coverage area: Streeterville, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview neighborhoods.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
BLS from American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred:

Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
