In this role, you will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Hours:6pm – 6amPay:$18 per hourKey Responsibilities:· Operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting· Follow written instructions and production procedures accurately· Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications· Maintain a clean and organized work area· Communicate effectively with managers and team members· Adhere to safety protocols and company policiesQualifications:· High School Diploma or GED required· Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required· Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills· Detail-oriented with strong observation skills· Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, measurements)· Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures· Steel-toed boots requiredWork Environment:· Fast-paced manufacturing setting· Standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive tasks required· Mandatory overtime may be scheduled based on production needs
