- Design & develop proprietary, scalable solutions for the ESG platform.
- Help portfolio managers assess ESG risk factors and make informed investment decisions.
- Work on sophisticated systems with a complex codebase.
- Full stack role with strong emphasis on:
- Frontend performance
- Backend scalability
- Data visualization
- Build platforms that integrate ESG data from 25+ vendors (and growing).
- Develop customizations and add-ons for new and existing clients.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance issues across base code, APIs, and data layers.
- Cloud Native: AWS, Agile
- Frontend: React, Redux, RTK Query, AG-Grid, MUI
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake
- DevOps: AWS EKS, CI/CD pipelines
- 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
- Cloud-native development expertise
- Extensive React skills
- Proficiency in Java Spring and Python
- Strong AWS experience (Lambda, S3, EKS)
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging performance issues
- Experience in fintech, investment management, asset management, or similar domains
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
