Drive Security Portfolio ManagementCreate a Centralized Security RoadmapMaintain project intake and prioritization frameworkMaintain a centralized Security Project and Risk & Issues InventoryLead cross functional security program governance meetingsMaintain multi-quarter Security Program Roadmap meetingsDrive Project Execution and Stage Gate ManagementDrive strategic security related initiatives and act as a SME when applicable and pull in external stakeholders from other Security and Legal teams as neededDrive strategy development that connects Security regulations and standards into process and technical implementationManage the project stage gate process to guide projects from strategy through implementationStandard and Policy AdherenceMaintain centralized inventory of all Standards and Policies that impact Customer SuccessConduct gap assessments against current inventory to identify maturity of existing compliance and potential gapsPartner with leaders to diagnose gaps, mitigate risks, and implement course corrections that drive resultsDevelop compelling, insightful recommendations to support executive decision-making and prioritizationTranslate gaps and remediations into actionable strategiesDevelop Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationDesign and implement a communication strategy to ensure timely and effective stakeholder engagement and awarenessCollaborate with teams to orchestrate business reviews, community calls, and leadership updates that drive alignment and decision-makingDevelop and deliver presentations for senior executives and various levels within their teamsLead various communication channels to optimize stakeholder engagementThrive in Ambiguity & Fast-Paced EnvironmentsAct as an internal consultant, identifying root causes of challenges and presenting risk balanced solutionsOperate with a self-starter mentality, balancing multiple priorities while driving clarity in complex situationsNavigate evolving business priorities, ensuring a proper focus on both proactive and reactive initiativesExperience and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in business, cybersecurity, or security management8+ years of experience in strategy, security, compliance, management consulting, or related roles, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystemExpertise in managing multi-initiative security compliance programs with cross organizational stakeholder coordination and collaborationExpertise in managing a project portfolio with a risk based prioritization methodology, associated risks and issues, and associated multi year roadmapExpertise in Security Standard and Policy compliance monitoring with the development of risk based gap analyses and mitigation strategiesExpertise in program management and organizational change, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives from insight to executionStrategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends, identify risks, and connect insights to actionProblem solver able to quickly pick up on security challenges and craft effective solutionsProven ability to own end-to-end project success, from vision and requirements definition to design, development, launch, and post-launch analysisOutstanding executive presence, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally with team members at all levels of the organizationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality resultsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovationAbility to zoom out (see the big picture) and zoom in (dive into the details)Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
