- Provide IT generalist support to employees and vendors while building greater technical understanding and awareness.
- Meet with employees or vendors to diagnose and resolve software, networking, and hardware issues, both onsite and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain employee computer systems and applications.
- Document and resolve incoming service requests and alerts, including application and server outages.
- Increase responsiveness and implement permanent resolutions by identifying trends in service histories.
- Answer support emails and messages, providing timely assistance and guidance.
- Provide occasional onsite support to our warehouse located in Otsego, MN.
- Create and maintain documentation in the knowledge base
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of system, installation, and configuration standards and procedures.
- Share newly acquired information with peers to improve support team capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Beginner and/or intermediate technical skills across a wide range of products within our product stack.
- Proficiency in server and workstation hardware, operating systems, and software, including Apple and Microsoft products.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong desire to learn and solve business problems independently.
- Position is based out of Minneapolis, MN headquarters with a flexible working environment/schedule (no full-time remote work available)
