As a CDImmerse Program Participant in the Information Technology Track, you will embark on a competitive 2-year development track featuring four rotations across various IT-related departments, including Software Development, QA, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Networking, Information Security, Project Management, and other related business areas. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will enter into a full-time position with CDI.Each rotation will expose you to crucial aspects of CDI's IT operations, allowing you to take on responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by functional leaders. This program isn't just a learning experience; it's a launchpad for your competitive career in the tech industry.Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with a minimum completion of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field within the past 6 months or by May 2026. MBA graduates welcome.
  • Strong academic foundation with a minimum GPA requirement (e.g., 3.5 on a 4.0 scale).
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through assessments during the interview process.
