The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and assets.Key Responsibilities:Monitor facility access points to prevent unauthorized entry.Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including interior and exterior areas.Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in a calm and effective manner.Enforce site safety and security policies and procedures.Report and document security incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs.Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible and professional presence.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Strong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to remain alert, focused, and courteous during shift hours.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical duties as needed.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with security technology a plus.ENHANCED BENEFITS:
