Responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. The PM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and client expectations. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, while prioritizing safety, infection control, and operational continuity.
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Implement risk management procedures
  • Ensure safety on site
  • Report progress to senior management
