We are seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – to join a dynamic Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) team in Seymour, CT . This full-time, on-site opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a nationally recognized EP program, delivering cutting-edge arrhythmia care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.You will play a vital role in evaluating, managing, and educating patients undergoing electrophysiological procedures or living with complex rhythm disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inpatient consults and follow-ups for patients with arrhythmias and other electrophysiology-related conditionsConduct outpatient visits for pre- and post-procedural care and long-term rhythm managementInterpret EKGs, Holter and event monitors, and cardiac device interrogations (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders)Participate in hospital rounding and collaborate with the electrophysiology and cardiology teamsProvide education and support to patients and families on procedures, medications, and device careSupport device clinics in coordination with EP techs and nursing staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRContribute to quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives in EP careQualificationsActive or eligible licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of ConnecticutNational board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Prior experience in cardiology or electrophysiology preferred (1–2 years ideal)Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and working with implanted cardiac devicesStrong clinical judgment, teamwork skills, and patient-centered mindsetAbility to function independently within established protocolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experienceAnnual performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off, holidays, and CME allowanceLicensure and certification reimbursementContinued access to EP-specific education and technologyThank you for your time, and I look forward to connecting soon!Warm regards,
