Production Associate Tube Cutoff & Auto TIG Welding Departments
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $18
  • $19/HR once hired in, and $20 after one-year
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm
  • Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours

  • Perform tasks in both the Tube Cutoff and Auto TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding departments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Interpret work orders and execute production tasks with accuracy
  • Operate hand tools and machinery with precision
  • Manage your daily workload to meet production goals
  • Keep safety top of mind while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with your team while staying on top of individual responsibilities
Job Requirements for Production Associate
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift and bend up to 70 lbs
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Comfort reading work instructions and labels in English
  • Ability to use a tape measure and complete basic math (add/subtract)
  • Must have neat/readable hand writing
