- Apply good workmanship standards using care to produce high quality products.
- Process the work orders as directed with intent to meet the production schedule and multitask as able to improve workflow.
- Carry out as applicable any process control or quality control items.
- Perform light preventative maintenance on production equipment as assigned.
- Comply with any environment/health and safety standards and wear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in yellow lighting.
- Ability to work in a Temperature control environment.
- This position requires ability to perform basic computer usage.
- Ability to read production instructions and machine directions.
- Must be capable of using various production equipment to produce the work output required.
- Apply good workmanship standards using care to produce high quality products.
- Responsible for the developing, etch and stripping of layers and raw material to Work Order specifications.
- Operates the machines and observe that all chemical levels are in accordance to work specifications.
- Responsible for ensuring all temperatures are correct in all the sections and ensures all the parts are maintained.
- Comply with any environment/health and safety standards and wear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Operate the flying probe tester.
- Load/ unload panels on testers and lasers.
- Set-up laser unit for operation
- Knowledge of electrical concept and equipment.
- Carry out as applicable any process control or quality control items.
- Perform light preventative maintenance on production equipment as assigned
- Set-up job on the X-Ray unit (based on size & num. of layers), to check amount of scale data & shifting.
- Set-up job on a drill machine (load file, check program, prepare drills, etc.)
- Drill the work order panels
- Inspect drilled panels for hole quality and registration.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Entry level experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand written operating procedures.
- Detail oriented
- Must have good verbal and reading skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 35ilbs
- Stand, kneel, and stoop 75% of the work day.
