- Create, manage, and distribute daily assignments for the public areas for all assigned condos.
- Coordinate with front desk/maintenance to ensure timely cleaning of newly vacated units and preparation for new arrivals.
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff based on workload, condo size, and specific guest requests.

- Manage and maintain inventory of all housekeeping supplies, including cleaning products, linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Place orders for new supplies as needed, ensuring stock levels are always adequate.
- Handle and resolve any guest or owner complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with guests and owners regarding special requests, additional services, or any unexpected issues.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest and owner information.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning logs, inspection reports, and inventory counts.
- Generate regular reports on housekeeping performance, costs, and key metrics.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator, Supervisor, or similar role in a hotel, resort, or property management setting, with a strong preference for experience in condo management.
