Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan and a current BLS certification.Required ExperienceMinimum of three years of clinical nursing experience is required, with at least one year in Maternal Newborn or Pediatric Nursing, or as a Family Nurse Practitioner or other similar roles.Desirable Education and/or ExperiencePreferred qualifications include a Doctoral degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field, experience teaching in academic, clinical, or online settings, and proficiency in instructional technology and curriculum development.Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or AbilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for mentoring and supporting students.Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and/or AbilitiesDemonstrated success in working with people with a wide variety of personal characteristics and viewpoints.Language, Mathematics and/or Reasoning SkillsWork Environment and/or Physical Demands The work environment is that of a typical office and/or classroom/lab setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Work will also be performed in a medical/clinical environment.
