Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Experience treating individuals with Eating Disorders
Completes Health and Physical Assessments and re-assessments/ weekly checks
Completes diagnoses and medication prescriptions as appropriate and continued medication monitoring
Completes review of medical history and physicals, reviewing labs/ EKGs, monitoring blood levels, medication management, preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts)
Provides support and resources to the clinical and non-clinical staff as needed
Develop and conduct staff trainings
Coordination with clinical staff and the primary care physician or medical specialists when appropriate
Ensures clients are prescribed ample medications at discharge and on-going after care
Responsibility to coordinate and complete the peer review process
Coordination with the collaborating physician for medication and treatment of the client
Other duties as assigned

CRNP – Hold a valid CRNP certification in this practicing Commonwealth. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Eating Disorder Psychiatric medicine. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques. Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies (CARF, OMHSAS, RTFA, PHP) FP Board Certification Required, strong background in Eating Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders. Background in Diabilumia preferred. Knowledge of HIPPA laws, state licensing regulations, trainings as required. Strong computer skills required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ECR.
