As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipmentEvaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settingsRemove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety proceduresRespond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentationConduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipmentPerform other facility-related maintenance duties as assignedRequirements1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industryValid, state-issued driver's licenseHold a valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reportAbility to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekendsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.CertificationsRelevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
