- Leads and manages ROC team and operations.
- Supports Program Manager in determining resources needed to deliver on client scopes of work.
- Supports Business Development by applying context to all ROC team members (sales support, driving partnerships, cultivating client (legacy) relationship.
- Supports scope clarity and the delivery of client scope.
- Acts as an escalation point for internal team delivery and cross team communication.
- Team coordination and resource management.
- Cross-regional and cross-team collaboration.
- As a member of a National Team, participates in on-call 24/7 support for emergencies and after-hours / Escalations.
- Development of direct reports as measured by increasing responsibility and trust in project execution, flexibility in tasks performed.
- People Management Systems; payroll, timesheets, PACE, Workday, Budgets, Viewpoint.
- Technical Degree / Bachelor’s or Computer Science/Data/Engineering Degree (desired).
- 7-10+ years of industry experience in building controls preferred
- Strong proactive and escalation communicator, internal and external.
- Ability to lead/delegate project responsibilities.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Ability to manage and coordinate team needs and priorities.
- Ability to support strong client relationships.
- Ability to lead/delegate project responsibilities.
- High level of system integration and controls capabilities & strategies.
