  • 3+ years phone-based customer service or administrative work -3+ years in a professional office environment.
  • Microsoft Word & Excel experience.
Responsibilities, Duties, Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Direct connection with customers by phone, email and/or chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve all customer questions and concerns
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees. Working as office support team to approve incoming projects and process paperwork.
