We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects across the Tampa areaAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, such as lighting, power, fire alarm, security, and communication systems, in accordance with codes, standards, and client requirementsPreparing and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software toolsCoordinating with other engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projectsConducting site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as neededProviding technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to junior engineers and designersManaging project budgets, schedules, and resourcesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersTo be successful in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldA Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsAt least 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the consulting industryProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software toolsKnowledge of NEC, NFPA, IBC, and other applicable codes and standardsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsA willingness to travel occasionally and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyOur clients offer a competitive salary range of 100-120k per year, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and more.
