Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Coordinator to provide dedicated accounting and financial support to the Facilities Business Unit. This 6-month position will help ensure smooth operations during the Workday ERP implementation and while a current team member transitions to a new program.
Location & Schedule
- 100% remote, working 5 days a week within normal business hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
- Process Invoices and Requisitions: Handle invoice and requisition submissions for the Facilities Business Unit.
- Manage Financial Inbox: Monitor the team finance inbox, triage messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: Partner with Project Controls to research and validate transactions, ensuring accurate budget alignment and commitments.
- Assist with Payments: Facilitate payment requests and process related financial documents.
- Experience with invoice processing, requisitions, and financial document handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting finance or accounting teams preferred
