You'll receive hands-on training to get fully up to speed with our tools and processes, and there's plenty of room to grow as you gain deeper knowledge and expertise in the role. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean are a strong plus!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Research and resolve issues related to merchant processing history, transactions, and account activity
  • Assist merchants with terminal and gateway issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Respond to and resolve merchant billing and invoicing questions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Review and analyze merchant fee structures and pricing to identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization
  • Serve as a point of support for Tier I representatives, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to strengthen the overall support team
  • Deliver exceptional service by answering merchant questions and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Underwriting, Sales, etc.) to resolve merchant issues efficiently
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ year of experience in Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related fintech/customer support role (required)
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot merchant account and payment issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and mentor Tier I/entry-level support representatives
  • Strongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow quickly into senior responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience; CRM or ticketing system knowledge preferred
SALARY:This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.
  • Base hourly range: $21.00 - $23.00/hr
  • Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $59,157 - $64,533
