Other responsibilities include document development and preparation, supporting data collection activities, planning and coordinating of study related meetings, family engagement activities and participation, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and carrying out administrative tasks to facilitate overall management of the clinical studies.Major ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the study Principal Investigator and Project Manager on day to day operations for participating clinical practices.Contribute to operational management of clinical trials, including but not limited to processing paperwork, coordinating meetings, planning trainings, designing and implementing project process flows and operations, and utilizing data entry systems.Plan, implement, and oversee family engagement activities to meet study-wide milestone deadlines and adhere to the study engagement plan.Communicate with clinic staff members to coordinate study related meetings and complete study-related paperwork with participating clinical practices.Collaborate with team members on document development and preparation, including Manual of Procedures, REDCap instrument development, and resources for patients and primary care providers.Design and distribute surveys to advisory board members and study team members to complete in order to make study related decisions.Serve as day-to-day supervisor of student workers.Note: Flexible schedule required.
