- Must demonstrate effective means and methods for FDOT paving operations
- Proven experience in roadway construction and concrete-asphalt paving
- Knowledge of FDOT concrete-paving standards and specifications
- Able to work with a team, and provide leadership
- Able to read and understand project plans
- 3 to 5 years experience in Heavy Civil Industry
