Financial Systems Analyst drives the functional implementation and ongoing maintenance of system solutions. The role participates in business process redesign and documentation for new technology, performs testing, validation, and master data management, and acts as an early adopter of the new solutions; ensuring they meet business requirements.Financial Systems Analyst manages access rights and authorizations and ensures data integrity and reconciliation for the core RBDC systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of the underlying processes, such as Accounting, Pricing, Master Data Management, Cash Application and Collections. As a Subject Matter Expert, the role will drive broader RBDC Finance training efforts.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allDRIVE DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONSSupport the Finance portions of system enhancements, including S/4, Spring, and HRCSupport the A/R automation deployment by actively participating in the design flow documentationDrive key change projects by analyzing functional requirements, use cases, and target solutionsWork with the business stakeholders, IT teams, and the vendors to ensure the successful rollout of new solutionsLead the functional testing and validation efforts and ensure completeness and compliance with business users' requirementsEnsure all key processes and controls are covered through implementationLead the change management effortsSUPPORT BUSINESS PROCESS GOVERNANCE AND ENSURE BUSINESS CONTINUITYSupport new processes and ensure no business interruption to the affected entitiesEnsure data integrity by adequate Master Data Management and relevant reconciliation between all systemsEnsure key processes and transactions are designed to flow accurately and efficiently between different systemsManage access rights and authorizations across RBDC core systemsLead the Finance Process Governance and alignment with the Global DQM groupSUPPORT THE BROADER ORGANIZATION THROUGH TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATIONChampion the training creation and deployment to the wider user populationSupport the broader Finance organization with coaching, mentoring, and training on the new systems and processesParticipate in the development of new process documentationSupport other departments outside Finance as neededDeploy RPA when efficiencies and optimization can be beneficialOther duties as may be assignedEXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • High performer with proven understanding of financial processes, including SAP S/4Hana FI, A/R, Pricing, Cash Application, and Master Data Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, high proficiency with Excel, reporting, and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • RPA experience, preferably with UiPath or Power Automate
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Self-directed; requires limited oversight
  • Work independently and problem-solve issues
  • Beverage industry experience is a plus
  • Controlling / GL accounting experience
  • Process improvement certification - lean administration, six sigma etc.
  • Preferred experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Celonis
  • Travel 10-20%

The base salary range for this position is $67,200.00 - 100,800.00 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
