- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release process for multiple software projects.
- Ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Handle day-to-day release exceptions and release-related code management.
- Maintain and audit release documentation to facilitate communication across the development organization.
- Use project management methodologies to manage and coordinate releases across the company.
- Assist in the management of roadmaps and PI (Program Increment) plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in release management and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to release processes and standards.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand and manage dependencies and impacts of releases.
- Provide exceptional client service by researching and resolving release-related issues.
- Communicate release details and schedules to the business as required.
- Ensure that release documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Participate in audits and work with external and internal audit teams to develop and secure internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a release management, software development, or similar role.
- Strong experience with the Atlassian suite of tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) or similar task tracking systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and requirements for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional client service and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience working with external and internal audit teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
