- Perform thorough interviews and evaluations for managerial and senior-level applicants, employing advanced interviewing techniques and assessment instruments.
- Collaborate with our research team to devise creative sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady stream of highly qualified candidates.
- Stay abreast of market trends and recruitment technologies to incorporate industry best practices into talent acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics, striving for continual improvement in the recruitment process.
- Receive commission for successfully matching candidates to positions.
- Proven experience in recruitment, either in a Human Resources department or at a recruitment firm.
- A track record of successfully identifying and evaluating talent for managerial and senior-level positions.
- Demonstrates proactive and independent behavior, exhibiting qualities such as energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
- Possesses operational management experience along with a strategic problem-solving approach.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor that can impress clients and partners globally.
- Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals on a global scale, while also being adept at promoting and selling solutions and services.
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment
- Experience in negotiation is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides
