Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and client procedures.
  • Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and concerns specific to a commercial real estate environment.
  • Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or lockdowns, as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
