- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and client procedures.
- Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and concerns specific to a commercial real estate environment.
- Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or lockdowns, as directed by site procedures.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
