(Job RF -1167) Senior Buyer

• Manage inventory replenishment using ERP system parameters (reorder points, min/max) to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess inventory.
• Accurately enter, place, and confirm purchase orders, performing quality assurance checks for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services and resolve any daily order discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain and update the Open Order Report and assist with data management within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to resolve purchase order, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
• Support the establishment of efficient business processes and assist with physical inventory and inter-warehouse transfers as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of purchasing experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Proven experience with ERP systems for order management and inventory control.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
