From day-to-day service requests to complex renewals and coverage recommendations, you’ll handle all aspects of client relationship management. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and working closely with producers to retain and grow accounts. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-efficiency setting and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.ResponsibilitiesManage all servicing needs for a mixed portfolio of commercial and personal lines clientsBuild and maintain strong, proactive client relationships through timely communication and supportHandle service tasks such as COIs, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims follow-upLead the renewal process, including exposure gathering, marketing to carriers (when thresholds are met), and negotiating termsAdvise clients on coverage gaps, renewal options, and risk management strategiesEnsure accurate and timely policy issuance, renewals, and documentation within agency systemsCollaborate with producers to identify cross-sell opportunities and support client growthMaintain compliance with agency standards, carrier guidelines, and documentation proceduresSupport the development of junior team members through mentorship and best practice sharingRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience managing commercial and/or personal lines accountsActive Property & Casualty licenseStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products (GL, WC, Auto, Cyber, Umbrella, etc.)Familiarity with personal lines coverages and marketsProficient in agency systems such as Vertafore/AMS360 and CRM tools like AgencyZoomExceptional client service, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and independenceNice to HaveExperience mentoring or training junior team membersSolution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to team goalsComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesSalaryCompetitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.LocationFlexible hybrid or remote working model.
