No two days are the same. As a Police Officer, you'll perform a variety of technical law enforcement duties-from patrolling neighborhoods and investigating crimes to supporting emergency management and serving as a school resource officer. You might find yourself involved in:Investigating theft, fraud, and felony casesResponding to domestic incidents and emergency callsConducting traffic enforcement and accident responseParticipating in K-9, SWAT, or drug interdiction operationsEngaging with the community through school visits and public eventsSecuring courtrooms, managing evidence, and executing warrantsProviding aid and support during crises and high-risk situationsYour role as a Police Officer will have a direct impact on public safety, community trust, and the overall well-being of Roosevelt's citizens.Your Schedule
The Police Officer role follows a rotating day and night schedule, built around a 5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off rotation. This schedule allows for both structure and flexibility while ensuring you have meaningful time off to recharge.What We're Looking For
