Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data transformation using DBT within the Snowflake environmentArchitect scalable data models to support insurance policy and quote workflowsPerform detailed data analysis, solution design, and implementation of data pipelinesCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specsEngage with clients for technical discussions, status updates, and solution validationEnsure best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and code reviewsRequired Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) and SnowflakeSolid understanding of insurance data structures - especially related to policy and quoting systemsProven experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL/ELT developmentExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsPrior experience leading customer-facing discussions and driving solution delivery
