This role primarily centers on customizations and enhancements to Salesforce solutions across sales, account management, client support, contracts, and finance operations.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to understand strategic goals, business objectives, and team interactions with Salesforce.
Support functional business analysts by resolving complex Salesforce lead-to-cash issues.
Evaluate how new go-to-market models impact Salesforce lead-to-cash processes.
Identify operational bottlenecks and gather business requirements for Salesforce improvements.
Collect end-user feedback to facilitate continuous product enhancement.
Develop and align Salesforce enhancement roadmaps with organizational objectives.
Partner with Information Systems teams to conduct user acceptance testing and make release readiness decisions.
Build strong relationships across functions and align updates with other team members' initiatives.
Support ad hoc projects and contribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements:Required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology setting.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field).
Advanced experience with Salesforce, particularly with lead-to-cash processes, release procedures, and user acceptance testing.
Strong understanding of business processes and operational pain points.
Demonstrated ability to foster trust and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in creating Business Requirements Document (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Workflow Diagrams.
Effective prioritization and results-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and consultative skills.
