PAY RATE: Up to $170/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Shift: 4/10-AIndustry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Assisting in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master ScheduleSupporting proposal schedule development, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW), and contributing to Basis of Estimate (BOE) effortsAdvising Program Management of potential contractual impacts or critical events that may affect cost or delivery timelinesEnsuring cross-functional communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)The candidate should have a strong background in Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it to schedule network development and analysis.A working knowledge or willingness to grow in Earned Value Management (EVM) is essential.The position requires daily interaction with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production functions.Requirements:Hands-on experience with Critical Path schedulingProficient in schedule control processes, proposal development, audits, and project management integrationExperience providing risk and opportunity analysis inputSkilled in using Deltek Open Plan scheduling toolExperience working on Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programsFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principlesDemonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)Ability to work independently across technical teams and gain a basic understanding of the productUnderstanding of scheduling for Capture, R&D, and Production phases, including inter-functional dependenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to prepare status reports, metrics, and deliver presentationsSelf-starter with a proactive approach to program planning and schedulingMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
