If you're looking to advance your lab career in a supportive community, this could be the perfect fit.Job SummaryPerform routine and specialized lab tests in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, immunohematology (blood bank), and serologyWork as a generalist with additional responsibilities in blood bank and microbiologyOperate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, primarily Beckman Coulter systemsAccurately analyze test results and ensure timely reporting to physicians and providersPerform and assist with phlebotomy as neededUse True Bridge (CPSI) LIS and EMR for lab documentation and result trackingFollow laboratory protocols and comply with all regulatory and safety standardsEducation and Certification RequirementsAssociates or Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related fieldASCP or AMT certification requiredAt least 1 year of clinical lab experience preferredAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital laboratory settingWhy Live and Work in Ozark, AL?
