If you can troubleshoot a power issue, fix a leak, or get a lift in the air without blinking — MalaceHR wants to meet you! We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technicians in Greer, SC, ready to maintain and improve the functionality of commercial and industrial buildings.
We’re looking for team members who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, climb to new heights, and solve problems before they become headaches.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and preventative maintenance
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts
- Complete concrete patching/repairs
- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and man lifts
- Assist with office moves and equipment relocation
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Can you work any shift and any day?
- Have you worked on commercial/industrial plumbing systems (e.g., toilets, urinals)?
- Are you confident in lighting repair and electrical troubleshooting?
- What voltages have you worked with?
- Have you done concrete patch or repair work?
- Have you driven a forklift or man lift (boom lift)?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license (and plan to keep it)?
- Are you not afraid of heights?
- Valid driver's license
- 1–4 years of facility maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time independently
- Working knowledge of tools, machines, and general maintenance practices
- Ability to lift, move, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed
