- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. by ensuring accurate product listings, optimizing website content, and enhancing customer experience.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing functionality and product data through IPG's externally hosted PIM and website platforms.
- Conduct consumer market research by analyzing competitor activities both on-shelf and online and identifying market trends.
- Analyzing e-commerce platform performance by tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on trends and keep abreast of the latest e-commerce technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, customer service, supply chain and creative services to achieve overall business goals.
- Monitoring customer feedback and adjusting e-commerce platform data and content to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales staff by providing sales data, presentations, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information, and relaying customer services requests.
- Work with Creative Services to build and maintain corporate database of images and application media for the Consumer and B&C Channels.
- Responsible for administrative flow of communication between sales, agencies and company.
- Support product management with the successful implementation of channel specific products, both branded and private label with all stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage channel promotional materials including literature, tradeshows, events, advertising and graphic support.
- Assist with vendor new item setup forms, merchandising, planograms and retail sets.
- Other related tasks as requested by supervisor.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Home Depot Supplier Portal, etc... is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years B2B and B2C ecommerce marketing and advertising.
- Experience in digital marketing with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing is essential.
- General understanding of PIM, GDSN, and GS1 publications preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement crucial for success.
- Strong creative marketing and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented, results driven and conscientious
