Aspirus Family House in Wausau, WI is seeking a FAMILY HOUSE ASSISTANT to join our FAMILY HOUSE team!The Aspirus Family House is a safe, affordable, temporary home for families whose loved ones are receiving medical care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, or for patients who have traveled to Wausau to receive specialty care. The Assistant of the Aspirus Family House works collaboratively with the Manager and Coordinator to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the house including admissions process, referral program, volunteer program, and guest service/satisfaction.HOURS: Part-Time or 0.6 FTE, 48 Hours Biweekly, Varied Shifts, Every 4th Weekend, Rotation of HolidaysExperience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of customer service and business practices normally acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in a business, hospitality or health related field beneficial, or relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in non-profit, human services, or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
