You’ll lead a dynamic team across Database Management, Donor Relations, and Office Administration—empowering them to reach new heights of excellence and innovation.Your work will shape how we identify and engage supporters, steward relationships, and build lasting connections that drive long-term giving. From managing complex data systems to crafting compelling donor communications, you’ll be at the heart of our fundraising engine.Your Impact Will Include:

  • Strategic Intelligence: Analyze donor data, philanthropic trends, and relationship networks to inform bold fundraising strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Individual Giving, Events, and IT teams to align efforts, share insights, and deliver seamless donor experiences.
  • Project Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring every milestone reflects our mission and values.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience in stewardship/donor relations
  • 3+ years of supervisory/leadership and project management experience with the desire to continuously grow as a collaborative leader within a dynamic environment
  • Expert knowledge of Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud and/or other relevant databases.
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, analytics and donor information data management.
