- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of progressive work experience in stewardship/donor relations
- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership and project management experience with the desire to continuously grow as a collaborative leader within a dynamic environment
- Expert knowledge of Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud and/or other relevant databases.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, analytics and donor information data management.
